Sheraton Universal

The location, staff , food were amazing. We had dinner at the hotel almost every night, because after spent the day in the Universal Studio snd sightseeing, we had no energy to go out in the evening. The food was delicious and the staff at the restaurant is really friendly. The location is very close to the Universal Studios and the rooms are clean with very comfortable beds. The location is also very safe especially if you are travelling with kids.

I was happily surprised by the hotel itself. Honestly, Sheraton is never my first choice for a hotel. I booked it because our trip was last minute, and they had a great deal going on and were much cheaper than the Hilton next door. The hotel was much more updated and clean than I thought it would be. The lobby is really nice, and the rooms are very clean and modern. The Wifi was great, and they allow you to sign in on your streaming accounts on the TV. All of the staff were lovely. They truly believe in hospitality. From the start, I was greeted by literally everyone... housekeepers, valet drivers, front desk, info desk lady, cooks, pool guy, etc. The hospitality aspect was great. You feel welcome, and everyone is willing to help out or stop and chat. We were taking a trip for my daughter's birthday. During breakfast, the staff brought her a little brownie and sang happy birthday! I have no clue how they found out, but it made her feel so special. We ate at both restaurants and also got room service a couple of times. The food was great. Don't waste your time on the à la carte items, just get the buffet for breakfast (all the à la carte items are already included, and you get more bang for your buck). The shuttle to Universal Studios is so convenient. It's right out front and comes every 10-15 minutes. There's also an app so you can track the bus locations. The line was never long either. There was a lady at the info desk who answered all of our questions about the park before we left and gave us some really good tips. I'll definitely be staying here again!

Everything, it was wonderful! Easy access to Universal. Food and service was great. Room was clean and spacious, bed was super comfy. Looking forward to a return visit!!

Decor is awesome. Hot tub and fitness center are great. Staff and housekeeping are really great.
